By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service and agree to use the information responsibly.

2. Eligibility

By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required, but Gypsy Path reserves the right to decline such requests.

3. Payments

All sessions and services must be paid for in full at the time of booking through our checkout system.
Prices are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be successfully processed before a reading or consultation is delivered.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of readings, all sales are final.
Refunds may only be considered if the customer provides a valid cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Failure to attend a session without proper notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment.
Requests for rescheduling must be sent via email or through the booking system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gypsy Path and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes based on the information provided during a session.
By booking a service, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the insights received.
Gypsy Path makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or accuracy of readings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and materials, is the intellectual property of Gypsy Path.
